Emergency Order of Summary Suspension and Embargo: Deel’N Green’Z LLC

Tuesday, February 10, 2026

SPIRO, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Deel’N Green’Z LLC (PAAA-M3NB-EJIS) and (DAAA-U01E-VB9D), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection of the processing facility and dispensary that revealed state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.

During a site visit on Feb. 4, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors examined the respondent’s processing facility (PAAA-M3NB-EJIS) and dispensary (DAAA-U01E-VB9D) at a shared location. Inspectors found products for sale that were not pre-packaged or had failed or bypassed final product testing. Additionally, inventory discrepancies and improper tagging were observed, involving over 1,542 items and 101 lbs. of medical marijuana product.

All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track the marijuana they grow, process and/or sell. Additionally, businesses are required to adhere to pre-packaging and testing protocols to ensure products are safe for patient consumption prior to sale.

During the inspection, it was also discovered that Deel’N Green’Z LLC does not hold an active Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) registration. OMMA-licensed businesses are required to obtain and uphold OBNDD registration in accordance with 63 O.S. §2-302(A).

All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Deel’N Green’Z LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting, processing or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.

OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
