Continued Progress: Recent Administrative Actions

Tuesday, February 17, 2026

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — In 2026, OMMA has continued its commitment to responsible industry regulation and public safety. Our compliance, enforcement and legal teams work in close coordination to fulfill our mission of protecting Oklahomans and ensuring every licensee across the state upholds compliance standards.

Over the past three weeks alone, these collaborative efforts have led to 17 administrative actions filed, resulting in the embargo of thousands of unregulated medical marijuana plants and products.

These actions are essential in creating a safer industry and providing transparency for licensees and the public. By addressing regulatory violations as they occur, OMMA prevents potential patient safety concerns, protects the public and prevents illegal diversion.

Visit the Administrative Actions webpage for details; the table is updated daily to reflect new filings.
