The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is aware that some licensees are still experiencing technical issues regarding the OMMA MedPortal. We understand the impact these issues may have on patients and businesses to complete required actions in a timely manner. As stated in our previous MedPortal update, we are committed to working with licensees on license renewal deadlines during the transition and to ensuring that no one is penalized due to technology issues outside their control.
We are working with OMES and the vendor to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made. We have recently implemented automatic processes to speed up resolution for login/authentication issues. We have also dedicated more staff to assist in the call center and with contact form submissions. We have resolved over 1,000 contact form submissions this week.
We appreciate your patience and are confident you will see the long-term benefits of the portal as ongoing improvements continue.
