Self Service Video Tutorials
The intent of the Video Tutorial Program is to offer convenient, on-demand training for new users and refresher options for existing users.
Some video tutorials contain a “quiz” function. If you are seeking security access as a new user or additional access as an existing user, you will be required to complete and pass the quiz in order to receive access. You can view the video and take the quiz more than once. If you need a quick refresher on a particular task, you will be able to view the video without the quiz.
If you are not familiar with on-line video functionality, please see Introduction to Video Tutorials before you begin.
The video is viewable on desktop and laptop computers and most mobile devices.
Quiz functionality does not work on all mobile devices
