Grants Management Office

The Grants Management Office (GMO) is the central administering entity of the American Rescue Plan Act - State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARPA-SLFRF) for the State of Oklahoma. Our team builds partnerships and collaborates with state agencies by providing guidance on the implementation and use of ARPA-SLFRF dollars.

The OMES-Grants Management Office (GMO) provides technical guidance and assistance to state agencies implementing programs pursuant to the American Rescue Plan’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARPA-SLFRF) program.

Payee Registration for Grant Programs

The OMES-Grants Management Office (GMO) provides technical guidance and assistance to state agencies implementing programs pursuant to the American Rescue Plan’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARPA-SLFRF) program.

Grant recipients for programs other than ARPA-SLFRF need to register as a payee of the state to receive grant disbursements. If you are receiving funds through another state entity and need a registration number, please visit the OMES Central Purchasing Supplier and Payee Registration portal.  Questions can be directed to OKSuppliers@omes.ok.gov
