Welcome to the Creek County Health Department. We have two locations, one in Sapulpa and one in Bristow, to serve Creek County residents.

**Please do not come into the clinic for services if you are not feeling well or running a fever. Call us, and we will gladly assist you.

Breastfeeding help available

Breastfeeding is the best! It gives babies the best start in life and helps to form a special bond that lasts a lifetime. The WIC program encourages women to breastfeed. For more information call the 24 hour breastfeeding hotline @ 1-877-271-MILK (6455) or call our office to speak with an International Certified Lactation Consultant or our Breastfeeding Peer Counselor

The Creek County Health Department offers a variety of public health services to protect and promote health to our residents. We work to prevent disease, promote health and protect our communities. Our staff is licensed and/or certified within their profession, thus ensuring the quality of care you receive to be safe and appropriate.
