We offer a range of placement options tailored to aspiring public health professionals, including practicum placements for academic credit, experience-based internships, and volunteer programs. To be considered for our experience-based internship, practicum, and volunteer programs, please submit your application for consideration. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection. All applications will undergo a review process. Applicant Information
Clinical (Direct Care & Nursing) required documents:
- Transcripts (unofficial is acceptable)
- OSDH Confidentiality Agreement
- OSDH Conflict of Interest
- OSBI background check
- Immunization records, including Hepatitis B
- Proof of a TB test conducted within the past year
- Evidence of bloodborne pathogen training, CPR certification, HIPAA privacy training, and appropriate licensure (provided by either the school or the student)
Non-clinical required documents:
- Transcripts (unofficial is acceptable)
