Creek County Health Department is dedicated to providing services to reduce the incidence of vaccine-preventable diseases in our county as well as our state. Immunizations can be obtained with a scheduled appointment.

**Flu shots are seasonal and available during specially scheduled flu clinics.

The following immunizations are available for children at no charge:

  • Tetanus
  • DTap (Diphtheria,Tetanus, and Acellular Pertussis)
  • Polio
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • Haemophilus Influenza Type B (HiB)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)
  • Influenza
  • Pneumonia
  • Rotavirus (oral vaccine)
  • Meningitis
  • HPV

The following immunizations are available for adults for the fee indicated
(price is subject to change):

  • Hepatitis A (2 doses needed)
    • $25.00 per dose (cash or money order)
  • Hepatitis B (3 doses needed)
    • $35.00 per dose (cash or money order)

The following immunizations are available for adults at no charge (subject to change):

  • Tetanus
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • Varicella if indicated
  • Pneumonia
  • Influenza (*seasonal)

Information to bring with you to appointment

To obtain immunizations for children please bring with you:

  • Child’s shot record
  • Child’s Social Security number
  • Sooner Care card, if applicable

A:  Check with your child's physician, daycare, or school; or call your local health department to see if the records are online in our system.
