We offer services equally to men, women, and children. Our staff is very knowledgeable and will be glad to assist you in finding services that suit your needs.

Service Areas


Immunizations
Immunizations are offered to children and adults.

WIC (Women, Infant, and Children)
Nutrition program designed to improve health of pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as infant and children up to age 5 WIC provides special food vouchers for those who meet established guidelines.                                               

Children First 
Oklahoma's Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary family support program that offers home-based services to mothers expecting their first child. Upon enrollment, a public health nurse works with the mother in order to increase her chances of delivering a healthy baby. In addition, the nurse will educate the mother about child safety and child development. The nurse can also connect the mother to needed services in her community such as childcare, housing and job/educational programs.

Sooner Start (Early Intervention Program)
Home-based services to eligible children (birth-36months old) with special developmental delays to help families meet the special needs of the infants and toddlers providing parent education, speech, occupational and physical therapy, nutrition and nursing consultation.

Family Planning
Clinic provides annual exams for women of childbearing age. Pregnancy testing, birth control education, preconception counseling is offered along with a variety of birth control methods including abstinence and information on planning family size and infertility.

Sexual Health and Communicable Diseases
Confidential Testing of HIV, Sexually Transmitted Infections/Diseases (STI'S/STD’s) and Tuberculosis (TB).

Program provides inspections of restaurants, schools and swimming pools for compliance with health regulations. Local health inspectors issue permits to operate these facilities once they meet all requirements of the OSDH rules and regulations, and then educates the managers and workers to help them operate safely. Continuing education on consumer health and safety is offered at scheduled times. This program also addresses public complaints of dog bites for Creek County.

Community Outreach
Health education services are provided free of charge to the community. Health Educators aim to prevent disease and promote healthy lifestyles through knowledge and behavior change. They work within the community through outreach, forming partnerships, working with coalitions, providing resources, and delivering evidence based education and programs. Some examples are; school health, health fairs, walking programs, Tai Chi, speaking engagements and community programs.
