We’re excited to announce that the OMMA MedPortal will be live on Tuesday, Oct. 28!
As Executive Director Berry said in a previous message, with the new system, our agency will be better equipped with reliable data to measure our performance, identify areas of risk and strategically allocate our resources for maximum impact on public health and safety while serving Oklahomans efficiently and effectively.
Visit our designated OMMA MedPortal webpage for help guides and first-time login details. All updates will be featured on this page, including a link to the portal upon launch.
Day 1: Transition Details
- The system cutover will occur Oct. 28 between 7 and 8 a.m. During this transition, licensees won’t have access to the current licensing portal or the OMMA MedPortal.
- If you fully submitted an application in the current licensing portal by Oct. 14 at 11:59 p.m., the application will be transferred to the OMMA MedPortal and will appear in your dashboard on Oct. 28.
- If you fully submitted an application in the current licensing portal between Oct. 15 and Oct. 28 at 7 a.m., the application will be transferred to the OMMA MedPortal and will appear in your dashboard on Oct. 30 at 8 a.m.
- If you have a pending application in the current licensing portal that isn’t submitted by Oct. 28 at 7 a.m., you’ll have to start a new application in the OMMA MedPortal.
OMMA Verify
Please continue using OMMA Verify as you normally would outside of the cutover period. During the system cutover, dispensaries can verify patient licenses against valid IDs.
Note: There will be a new OMMA Verify URL on launch day. You’ll find it on the OMMA Verify and MedPortal webpages.
