Supervision Entries
Physicians who supervise mid-level practitioners in Oklahoma are required to adhere to OAC 510:10-4 and all applicable state law. For more information on supervision regulations, CLICK HERE.
This page is intended to assist with entering and editing supervision entries in the licensee portal.
Adding an Entry
All supervisees must be entered in the physician's licensee portal and the accompanying supervision agreement shall be attached.
To add a new supervision record, the licensee will follow the steps below:
- Following log in to the licensee portal, navigate to "Supervision" in the menu.
- Select to add a new record and ensure the information is entered:
- Supervisee Name
- Supervisee License Number
- Supervisee License Type
- Supervised Practice Location
- Hours Per Week at Same Location
- Fee Charged for Supervision (Yes/No)
- Attach Supervising Agreement
- Once the data is entered, select "Save & Continue" to complete the entry.
Editing an Entry
To edit an existing supervision entry, the licensee will follow the below steps:
- Following log in to the licensee portal, navigate to "Supervision" in the menu.
- Select to Edit the entry on the right, and update any needed information.
- Once completed, select "Save & Continue" to complete the change.
Supervision entries cannot be deleted, so if the licensee is no longer supervising the mid-level entered, they will change the status from "Active" to "Inactive".
NOTE: All entries now require a supervision agreement, if one does not exist for an entry, the licensee will not be permitted to save the change until an agreement has been attached.
