Program Information

ProviderBridge is a federally funded initiative hosted by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) supported by the US Health Resources and Services Administration. It is designed to mobilize verified clinicians (Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurses) during emergencies and natural disasters by streamlining credential verification and enabling rapid deployment.

Program Benefits

Verified Credentialling: Clinicians create a digital “passport” with verified credentials, including license numbers, specialties, and disciplinary history.

Nationwide Access: Healthcare entities can search for and contact registered clinicians across state lines to support emergency response efforts.

Free and Fast Registration: Registration takes only minutes and is free for clinicians.

Portable Documentation: Clinicians can generate a certified PDF of their credentials for use at emergency sites.
