All Oklahoma Osteopathic Physician licenses expire on June 30 of each year.  The renewal application opens on May 1, providing two months for the licensee to submit their renewal with all applicable information.

Licensee will be required to verify and update the below information during the renewal:

• Personal Information;
• CME Completion Check with CE Broker - the system will not permit continuing the renewal unless CME requirements are met;
• Language(s) for providing care;
• Practice Specialty;
• Employment Details;
• Supervision Entries; and
• Hospital Privileges

Prior to submittal, the licensee will be required to answer professional standards questions, attest to their fitness practice and attest to the accuracy of the information included in the renewal.
