Apply for Absentee Ballots

Military/Overseas Voters who want to apply for an absentee ballot, click here for application materials and instructions.  (You will be redirected to an external site.)

Oklahomans who are in one of the uniformed services of the United States or who live or work overseas and who use the FPCA (Federal Post Card Application) to apply to register to vote and to receive absentee ballots now may receive their absentee ballots through the Military and Overseas Absentee Balloting system.

The Military and Overseas Absentee Balloting system provides secure online ballot delivery to uniformed services voters, overseas voters, and their eligible spouses and dependents.

Voters who request absentee ballots through the Military and Overseas Absentee Balloting system are notified by e-mail when a ballot for an election in which they are eligible to vote becomes available.  The e-mail contains a link to the log-in page of Military and Overseas Absentee Balloting system.

From the log-in page, a voter can access his or her voter account to receive a new ballot or to track a ballot already voted and returned to election officials.
A voter may mark his or her ballot online, save it, and print it along with the materials needed to return it to the County Election Board.  Voters still must return voted ballots to the County Election Board by regular mail or by fax.
No information about voting choices are recorded or retained after a voter downloads and prints a Ballot Package.  Nothing on a ballot marked online and printed will identify the voter.
Voters who prefer to mark their ballots by hand may print a blank ballot and the necessary return materials.
To receive absentee ballots through the Military and Overseas Balloting system, fill out an FPCA form and submit it to the County Election Board in the county of your Oklahoma voting residence.
The FPCA form and instructions for filling it out to submit in Oklahoma are located here.
