Notary Services for Absentee Voting

For your convenience, many banks, credit unions, libraries, businesses, colleges/universities, tag agencies, travel services, and other organizations offer free absentee ballot notary services to customers and non-customers alike.

Please keep in mind that notaries are not required to notarize absentee ballots affidavits. However, Oklahoma notaries who choose to offer notary services to voters may not charge a fee to notarize an absentee ballot affidavit.
