Request New Voter ID Card

You can request a new Voter ID card through the OK Voter Portal, or by contacting your County Election Board or the State Election Board. When contacting your County Election Board or the State Election Board, please provide the following:

• name
• date of birth
• registration address

There is no charge for a replacement card.

NOTE: Cards must be mailed to the voter and must be sent to the physical address currently on file with the County Election Board. Requesting a new Voter ID card does not update your address. Please see our website for more information about updating your voter registration.
