Education Law Book
The education law book, a compilation of state school laws in force, is published every two (2) years under authority of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction in accordance with the requirements of 70 O.S. § 3-107.
The education law book includes Oklahoma state statutes, regulations, court decisions, opinions of the Oklahoma Attorney General, and other informative material relating to public school education as deemed appropriate.
