Maternity Program and Prenatal Care

The Maternity Program focuses on eliminating barriers to care and ensures services by linking pregnant women with organizations, programs and providers of maternity services. With accessible prenatal care, the ultimate goal of the program is healthy mothers and healthy babies.
Services & Eligibility
Services for pregnant women include:
Routine prenatal care
Linking with local obstetric providers for delivery and transfer care for high-risk conditions
Case management
Education
Referrals
Nutrition counseling and referral to WIC
Who is eligible to receive services?
Services are targeted for pregnant women who are uninsured or underinsured for these health care services or who live where access to prenatal care is limited.
