Mobile Wellness Unit

The Oklahoma State Department of Health is mobilizing a fleet of wellness units and vans to help provide public health services in every corner of our state.

To register for a COVID 19 vaccine appointment call (580) 875-6121 and the Health Department staff will help you make an appointment.

Appointments are preferred.  Walk-ins will be seen if staff is available.

People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
As of April 18, 2022 masks are no longer required on public transportation – Check the link in case circumstances have changed.

Cotton County Board of Health members will be actively involved in working with the health department to identify the public health problems of our county and lead community efforts to solve them.  The Cotton County Board of Health consists of five (5) members, appointed as follows:

  • 2-Appointed by State Commissioner of Health

  • 1 Appointed by District Court Judge-must hold School Administrators Certificate

  • 1 Appointed by Board of County Commissioners must be MD, DO, DDS, OD, or RN

  • 1 Appointed by Board of Commissioners. May be a member of the Board of Commissioners
