To register for a COVID 19 vaccine appointment call (405) 247-2507 and the Health Department staff will help you make an appointment. 

Appointments are preferred.  Walk-ins will be seen if staff is available.

You can also dial 211 for questions.  Dialing 211 helps direct callers to services for, among others, the elderly, the disabled, those who do not speak English, those with a personal crisis, those with limited reading skills, and those who are new to their communities – other information about 211 services

People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask. Masks are required on public transportation and may be required in other places by local or state authorities.

Caddo County Board of Health members will be actively involved in working with the health department to identify the public health problems of our county and lead community efforts to solve them. The Caddo County Board of Health consists of five (5) members, appointed as follows:

  • 2-Appointed by State Commissioner of Health
  • 1 Appointed by District Court Judge-must hold School Administrators Certificate
  • 1 Appointed by Board of County Commissioners must be MD, DO, DDS, OD, or RN
  • 1 Appointed by Board of Commissioners. May be member of Board of Commissioners
