The Invest in Oklahoma Board was formed in 2025 to providefor certain entities in the State with the opportunity to invest in Oklahoma-based private equity, venture capital and growth funds.

The board consists of:

• The Governor, Kevin J. Stitt
• The Lieutenant Governor, Matt Pinnell
• The State Treasurer, Todd Russ
• Appointee of the Speaker of the House
• Appointee of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
