Unclaimed Property Ads

Since 2001, the office of the Oklahoma State Treasurer operates the Unclaimed Property Division and per statute is responsible to publish names appearing as owners of unclaimed property.

Search your name and family names in the ad archive for potential property. Follow the steps below to complete your search.

1. Search here for all unclaimed property, includes all new names from ads. 
2. Download a claim form if you have unclaimed property. 
3. Email claim form with a copy of your driver's license and social security card.

Before information is available for any unclaimed property, Oklahoma State law requires valid proven interest. Email the completed form with a copy of your driver’s license and social security card to the unclaimed@treasurer.ok.gov to begin your claim. Allow 90 days for an auditor to be assigned to your claim.
