OMMA Business Requirement Reminder: Foreign Financial Interest Attestation

REMINDER: All OMMA licensed businesses must complete an ownership attestation with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics by August 30th, 2021. New businesses will have 60 days after their license is approved to complete the attestation. This requirement applies to all OMMA grower, processor, dispensary, lab, and transporter licensees. If your business owns more than one OMMA license, a separate attestation is required for each license. By state law, failure to complete this attestation before the deadline will result in the loss of your OMMA license.
