Renewal of Registration
Note: If your registration has expired past March 1, review the Reinstatement of Registration page.
All full RPS/RPES registrations expire annually on December 31, regardless of the first date of issue. In-Training and Lifetime Registrants do not renew. If you hold an in-training registration and wish to upgrade to full status, visit Upgrading to Lifetime Registration.
Mid-November each year, OSDH sends a renewal notification to all current registrants at their last known email address.
If you are a current registrant who has not received a renewal form by the first week in December, please contact OSDH.

Non-receipt of a renewal notice from OSDH does not stop your registration from expiring or a late fee from being assessed.
Late fees are not assessed until after January 31 of the following calendar year; however, any registration not renewed as of December 31 is still expired. A late fee is assessed for individuals renewing during the month of February; any individual wishing to renew as of March 1 must apply for reinstatement.
Online renewal will require:
- Continuing Education and supporting documentation submitted on this form: CE Roster - 14 hours (oklahoma.gov), verifying fourteen (14) hours of approved continuing education completed in the previous two (2) calendar years.
- Continuing education is due every two (2) years; please contact OSDH to verify your continuing education due date.
- Fees:
- PRIOR TO JANUARY 31ST: $25.00 for RPS or RPES
- PRIOR TO JANUARY 31ST: $50.00 for both RPS and RPES
- FEBRUARY 1 TO MARCH 1: $35.00 for RPS or RPES
- FEBRUARY 1 TO MARCH 1: $70.00 for RPS and RPES
- MARCH 1 AND AFTER: Reinstatement of Registration
- UPGRADING TO LIFETIME: Upgrading to Lifetime Registration
