The Mobile Wellness Unit will be at the Lakeland Shopping Center providing COVID-19 vaccinations and test kits, wellness screenings (BMI, glucose, HDL, and cholesterol checks, blood pressure readings), and rapid syphilis testing. Community Health Workers will be available for resource referrals and SNAP applications. Please bring insurance card and COVID-19 vaccination history card (if applicable).
