Description
The Mobile Wellness Unit will be at the Community Wellness Fair providing wellness checks (blood pressure readings, cholesterol and HDL checks), BMI checks, COVID-19 Vaccines, HIV home test kits, COID-19 testing kits, and rapid syphilis testing. If applicable, please bring insurance card and COVID-19 vaccination history. Community Health Workers will be on site for resource referrals.
