The Health Department's Mobile Wellness Unit will be at the Grace Resource Center from 9am-12pm on Tuesday, May 30. All ages are welcome, and services are provided at no out-of-pocket cost. Services being offered: Blood Pressure Checks, Car Seat Assistance Program, Child & Adolescent Immunizations, Chronic Disease Management, COVID-19 Testing, COVID-19 Vaccine, Dental Varnish, Exams (Men & Women), Family Planning, Flu Vaccine, Glucose Checks, Health Education, Maternity/Prenatal Health, Sick Visits, SoonerCare, SNAP, Sports Physicals, Well-Checks.
