Exams (Men & Women),
Flu Vaccine,
Glucose Checks,
Health Education,
Sick Visits (Adults/Children - Minor Symptoms),

SNAP (Evaluations/Applications,
Well-Checks.
Please bring an insurance card and ID, if possible.
