Description
The Cotton County Health Department will have its Mobile Wellness Clinic in Walters. The unit will park 111 E. Colorado Street in Walters. Nurses will provide wellness visits to include child and adult health exams, family planning services, pregnancy test, childhood vaccines, blood lead screening test, COVID-19 and Flu testing and vaccinations, pneumonia vaccine and fluoride varnishing. To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable. For WIC services only, please make an appointment by calling the Cotton County Health Department (580) 875-6121.
