COVID-19 Vaccine,
Exams (Men & Women),
Flu Vaccine,
Glucose Checks,
Health Education,
Sick Visits (Adults/Children - Minor Symptoms),
SoonerCare (Evaluations/Applications).
Bring a photo ID and insurance card, if possible.
