Description
The COVID-19 vaccine, COVID-19 testing, and the flu shot will be offered at the Stidham Baptist Church parking lot. The COVID-19 vaccine is available to those who are 12 years of age and older. Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, and Janssen vaccines will be available. Pfizer booster will be available for those who qualify. For minors, the legal guardian must be present OR have in hand a signed written consent from the guardian which contains current date and name of specific person allowed to seek vaccination. For COVID-19 testing, please wait in your car, and a nurse will come to you. In the event of severe weather times may be shortened or postponed.
