Description
The Mobile Wellness Unit will be at the Checotah Public Library offering FREE Flu shots, COVID-19 testing and COVID-19 vaccines. COVID-19 vaccines will be available to those 12 years of age and older. Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, and Janssen vaccines will be offered. The Pfizer booster will be available to those who qualify. For COVID-19 testing, please stay in your car, and a nurse will come to you. For minors receiving the flu shot, the legal guardian must be present OR a signed written consent from the guardian which contains current date, and name of specific person allowed to seek vaccination. In the event of severe weather, the scheduled times may be shortened or postponed.
