Clinic Schedule

Clinic Hours:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

Appointments:

Due to our nurse practitioner's schedule, at this time we provide Family Planning Services every Monday and Tuesday 8.00am-5.00pm, and Wednesday 8.00am-12noon.  Appointments are preferred.  Please call before a walk-in.

Please contact the health department at (918) 423-1267 for more information, or to schedule an appointment.  We ask that you bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and any insurance cards for each appointment.  

If you have questions regarding SoonerCare or Medicaid eligibility, please contact us at (918)423-1267.  We will be happy to assist you.  

Anyone can receive services from the Pittsburg County Health Department regardless of age, race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
