Children First

Mother with Smiling BabyThe Children First Program is a voluntary program, offered at no charge, to mothers parenting for the first time. Visits are scheduled with a Registered Nurse at a setting that is convenient for you!

Your nurse provides family support services during pregnancy and after your baby is born - support can last up until your child is two. The program encourages early and continuous prenatal care and personal development.

Enrolled mothers will have regular visits from Registered Nurse. These visits do not take the place of prenatal visits to your OB, but provide additional support and a Register Nurse to talk, ask questions, and discuss concerns with. Children First is a fun program and it is a great way to learn a lot of useful information.
