The purpose of this contract is to purchase a mobile app to assist in improving HIV viral load suppression and retention in care outcomes in Oklahoma clients. This activity is part of the Ending the HIV Epidemic plan for Oklahoma.

An amendment listing all questions and answers will be posted to the OSDH website and must be copied, signed, dated and attached to the proposal.
