May 2026 Service Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Violation Code Book

The Violation Code Book (VCB) provides a tool for uniformity and accuracy in the citation, coding and reporting of Oklahoma traffic violations to Service Oklahoma.

Courts can use an online system to electronically submit reports and information to Service Oklahoma.  There is no cost to courts for this service.

• Online Court Reporting System: Convictions, suspensions and withdrawals entered in OCRS will apply directly to the driver’s record overnight.
• Service Oklahoma 3rd Party Upload: Upload bulk convictions from your system directly to Service Oklahoma driver’s record.
