Transition Age Youth: Strengthening Youth Custody and Transition Services Advisory Committee
The Strengthening Youth Custody and Transition Service program brings together service providers and child advocates from across the state to address systemic transition issues. The committee works to change norms; improve standards in service delivery to youth in state custody; and to increase youth opportunity for successful transition into adulthood. The committee meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. and is open to individuals and organizations interested in serving transitioning youth.
