The Strengthening Custody and Transition Services Partnership program provides transition school to work services for eligible youth in custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs at the Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center (COJC) by providing paid work experiences through a partnership between OCCY, Office of Juvenile Affairs, Gordon Cooper Technology Center, and the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
