In accordance with Title 10 O.S. § 601.9, the Office of Planning and Coordination distributes and prepares Oklahoma’s State Plan for Services to Children and Youth. Collaborating with various partners, the state plan identifies the availability and accessibility of various human services, health, mental health, and education programs as well as their goals, priorities, and outcomes. When applicable, the plan may recommend the establishment or development of programs and its estimated costs.
