Board of Child Abuse Examination

In accordance with Title 10 26-601-30, the purpose of the Board of Child Abuse Examination is establishing a statewide system to provide expert medical evaluation for children suspected to be victims of child abuse.  The Board is responsible for rule promulgation, standards and forms relate to training requirements of medical providers as examiners, duties of examiners and standards for medical evaluations.  The Board is also responsible for distributing a state-wide-list of child abuse examiners.
