The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) is in the process of promulgating new rules for the Board of Child Abuse Examination (BCAE).  As required by the Secretary of State Administrative Rulemaking process, OCCY has made notice to the public, effective January 12, 2022 of its proposed actions as follows:
