In accordance with Title 10 O.S. § 601.3, the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) is directed to establish services for children of incarcerated parents to include coordinating research; collecting data; creating a resource clearinghouse; developing an educational toolkit describing services available to children of incarcerated parents; and coordinating an advisory committee to work collaboratively with agencies and service providers to better meet the needs and improve the quality of life for children of incarcerated parents.
