Gubernatorial Approvals
On October 24, 2025, the Office of the Attorney General, pursuant to its legal authority to adopt rules codified at 21 O.S. § 644(G)(2)(d) (OSCN2025), 22 O.S. § 60.14(J), 63 O.S. § 1-2216(A), 74 O.S. § 18p-6, 74 O.S. § 18p-10(C), and 75 O.S. § 302(A), submitted proposed permanent rule amendments to the Office of the Governor for approval or disapproval.
