Nominations for inclusion in the OAG Most Wanted list must be submitted exclusively by law enforcement agencies or departments using the official form provided below. Nominated individuals should be subjects of active warrants involving serious threats to public safety, such as sex crimes, robbery, or other violent offenses. Please note that submission does not guarantee inclusion, as all nominations will be reviewed and are subject to approval based on the severity of the offense and relevance to the program’s objectives. False or misleading submissions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
