Attorney General Opinion about the constitutionality of a statute requiring the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission, through the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, to make annual payments to counties in lieu of ad valorem taxes in accordance with article X, section 6 and article XXVI, section 4 of the Oklahoma Constitution.
