OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 29, 2026) – A man who was added to Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list this week is in police custody today. Mihailo Bozovic, 45, was arrested Tuesday in Illinois.

An agent with the Attorney General’s Office discovered that Bozovic was likely living in the Chicago suburb of Countryside. The agent worked with the Countryside Police Department who tracked him down and arrested him during a traffic stop.

"This arrest shows what happens when law enforcement agencies work together across state lines," Drummond said. "I am grateful to our agent and the Countryside Police Department for their swift work. Bozovic will now be returned to Oklahoma to answer for these charges."

Bozovic faces charges in Ottawa County of manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance/possession of material with intent to manufacture, unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and trafficking in illegal drugs. He is accused of manufacturing, possessing and trafficking 25 pounds or more of marijuana in June and July 2024.

With this arrest, 18 fugitives have been caught through the Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list since it launched in 2024.
