Wednesday, April 02, 2025

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 2, 2025) After being on Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list since January, Michael Marlow is now in custody. Marlow, who was wanted for causing a deadly collision while under the influence of methamphetamine, was arrested in Texas last week.

"This arrest demonstrates our commitment to bringing dangerous offenders to justice, no matter where they attempt to hide," said Drummond. "I commend our investigators and our law enforcement partners in Texas for their exceptional collaboration in locating and apprehending this fugitive who fled our state to escape accountability."

Investigators from the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office traced Marlow to a residential address in Fort Worth, Texas. The information was shared with the Texas Attorney General's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit, which coordinated the arrest operation.

Marlow was wanted in connection with a two-vehicle fatality crash that occurred in 2022 in Cotton County. A blood test conducted after the incident revealed methamphetamine in his system. His criminal history includes convictions for making a false police report, property theft, driving under the influence, burglary and fleeing a police officer.

To learn more about the other fugitives still at large, go to the Attorney General’s 10 Most Wanted page. In some cases, financial rewards ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 are offered for information directly leading to the arrest of an individual on the list.
