Infant Massage

Child Guidance Clinicians are trained to teach Infant Massage. Call to schedule a parent group class or an individual class and start experiencing the beautiful benefits of this centuries-old and worldwide practice.

There are so many benefits to this practice, including:

  • Infant-caregiver attachment or "bonding"
  • Relaxation
  • Baby feels loved
  • Promotes better sleep
  • Boosts immune system
  • Improves skin condition and encourages brain development
  • Helps build parents' and baby's self-esteem

Also parents learn to understand and respond to baby's cues while also learning techniques to comfort, calm, and soothe their babies. Caregivers report feeling more comfortable and confident in their ability to care for baby.
