III. Consideration of a motion and vote to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. §
307(B)(1)to discuss:

a. Employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of the
Commissioner of Health, and

b. The appointment of an interim Commissioner of Health.

IV. Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) relating to:

a. Employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of the
Commissioner of Health, and

b. The appointment of an interim Commissioner of Health.

V. Consideration of a motion and vote to return to Open Session.

VI. Consideration, possible action and vote on matters discussed in Executive Session.
