Clinic Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed for the lunch hour from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.  

Due to our nurse practitioner's schedule, at this time we provide family planning services twice a month.  

All other services are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; Fridays, if staff is available, appointments will be made as needed.  

We give priority to appointments, but if someone presents without an appointment we will do our best to meet their needs as soon as possible. 

Please contact the health department at (580) 256-6416 for more information, or to schedule an appointment.  We ask that you bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and any insurance cards for each appointment.  

If you are driving from out of town, please call ahead to verify that nurses are in the clinic and available before driving to Woodward.
